I've been so busy lately that I completely forgot I've been so busy lately that I completely forgot to post yesterday about the two-year anniversary of our #eDesign service!😵 I can't believe we've been doing eDesign for two years now! 🎉 🎉 🎉 I had been planning to take my services online since 2018, but I encountered some doubts—from myself and from a lot of people in the industry. I pushed on because I knew it was one way of bringing a luxury service like interior design closer to more people who need it. I invested in a project management system (@mydoma!), trained myself and my team, and created an SOP that we could all easily follow and execute. I'm glad I got a headstart because the pandemic only highlighted how much #virtualinteriordesign has become so important in addressing the needs of so many people from all over the world. I can't even count how many eDesign projects we've done: from all over the Philippines, to Singapore, Australia, Dubai, Germany, the U.S., and Canada. It's not all peachy, of course; there were some projects where we had to iron out some kinks (in our system, and in our heads LOLZZZ), but it’s been such a fun and awesome ride, that we have no plans of stepping on the brakes. With so many other interior designers already offering eDesign, I'm just so glad that Gal at Home is one of the advocates for opening people's minds to going virtual. Create vignettes, or pleasing arrangements that tell a story---preferably yours or those of the people you live with---in various areas or corners of your home. Vignettes work in any room of the house: bedrooms, bathrooms, entryways, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, home offices. I used to be a slight coffee snob, but after beari I used to be a slight coffee snob, but after bearing and rearing two kids plus going into business, now I just want my iced latte in 00:31 seconds LOL. This is my husband's "recipe", but I swear, it rivals Starbucks lattes any day. And costs me I-don't-really-know-how-much-but-definitely-not-P145-per-serving.
