If all you need are specific furniture and lighting layouts, plus some much-needed help selecting furniture, finishes, and decor, our Space-Planning service is the right fit for you.

Furniture layout of existing and for-purchase pieces
Lighting plan
Shopping list (with links to vendors) of furniture pieces, accessories, and home decor, if needed
Realistic 3d renderings of your space, so you can visualize how everything’s going to look
Instructions on how to put everything together
Easy-to-follow guides for room measuring and photo-taking
Up to four (4) video consultations
Unlimited messaging via online client portal

All our transactions for our Space Planning service will be done virtually through our studio’s dedicated online client portal. You will also need to do your own site measuring and photo-taking—with the help of our handy eDesign guides.

The Space Planning service does not include the following features:

color palette and/or paint guide
mood board
animated walkthroughs of your 3D renderings
custom furniture and built-in designs
renovation work
purchasing & ordering of merchandise from vendors
coordination with and management of contractors and/or tradespeople

If these are the services you need, we recommend you take a look at our Signature eDesign service.

Note as well that due to safety considerations and architectural regulations, bathrooms or other items with complicated plumbing and electrical works are not included in our eDesign service. As this requires onsite visits and consultation with our architectural and engineering teams, we recommend that you look into our Remodel service for this (only for Philippine-based projects).

Timeline

Our Space-Planning process takes up to four (4) to six (6) weeks upon receipt of all client details and requirements, depending on the overall floor area of your space. After our deliverables are approved, we will turn them over to you. The timeline for project execution will be up to you and your chosen suppliers or tradespeople.

Cost

Rates start at PhP650/sqm, for a minimum of 50sqm area (total rates start at PhP32,500). For international projects, this translates to a starting rate of US$600 for a minimum 550sq.ft. space. Contact us for bespoke pricing if your space has a floor area of 75sqm (over 800 sq.ft.) and above. A downpayment of 50% is required upon acceptance of our proposal terms, and the remaining balances will be due prior to the design presentation. For international clients, we accept payments through PayPal or bank transfer. For Philippine clients, we accept payments through BPI/GCash transfers.
