On average, a remodel project can be divided into two stages: the design phase, which takes anywhere from a minimum of 12 weeks; and the renovation stage, which can take several months to complete. The estimated cost of a remodel project varies depending on factors such as the scope of work and desired materials. We charge on a per-sqm basis and have a minimum of 50sqm per project. If your project falls below 50sqm, we use the minimum to price our service.

Our Design fees are P3,000/sqm, while the Project Management fees are at P480/sqm; all with the 50-sqm minimum. The add-on White Glove fee is dependent on the scope of procurement work involved, and your total product invoices. 

We provide transparent pricing and detailed proposals outlining all costs upfront, ensuring no hidden fees surprise you along the way.

Again, renovation costs largely depend on the scope of work involved, the size of your space, and the level of customization you require. But we do have range estimates based on our past projects, described in this post. Do note that these are all based on historical data, and do not include inflation costs/price increases in the past few years.
